Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document and in all related 55555x communications, promotional materials, and platform notifications.

Access to and use of the 55555x platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 55555x enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception. Age verification is conducted at registration via date of birth declaration and is repeated through documentary KYC review prior to the first withdrawal.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.

By registering an account on 55555x, you confirm and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the 55555x platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

To register a 55555x account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 55555x promptly via live chat support if any registered details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55555x username and password. 55555x strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available from your account security settings. Deposits

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the event start time or, in the case of in-play markets, continuously during the event. Bets accepted before a market suspension or event cancellation are governed by the specific market rules displayed at time of placement.

Void Bets & Cancellations

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account under the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the market is suspended due to a data feed error or significant odds discrepancy; or a bet is placed in error on a market that was opened incorrectly. 55555x's decision on void bets is final.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activity on 55555x. These limits are displayed within each game lobby, sports market, and live dealer table interface. 55555x reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits where there is a reasonable operational or responsible gaming basis for doing so, and will notify the affected player accordingly.

55555x offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and reload bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms that are published on the relevant promotion page on the 55555x platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus are stated clearly on the promotion detail page prior to opt-in. Players are advised to review these requirements carefully before claiming any bonus.

Bonus Abuse

55555x operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms through matched or hedged betting strategies.
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated eligible game or market restrictions.
• Providing false identity or payment information to gain access to promotional offers.

Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free spins carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Any bonus balance remaining unconverted at the expiry point will be removed from the account automatically. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55555x platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform, games, or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversing deposits after play has taken place.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy services, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55555x support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

55555x collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document. By registering an account on 55555x, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, payment method information, device and browser data, and records of platform activity including wagers, deposits, and withdrawals. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55555x's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, their account, or their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55555x shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account transaction, or platform decision, you should raise the matter with the 55555x support team via the live chat channel in the first instance. The support team will review your query and provide an initial response within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review, which will be handled by a senior member of the 55555x operations team within 5 business days.

55555x's decisions on the settlement of sports betting markets and casino game outcomes are final, subject only to the dispute escalation process described above. No third-party arbitration is available for disputes arising solely from game or market outcomes determined by certified RNG or live event results.

Either party may terminate a player account in accordance with the provisions set out in this section.

Termination by Player

You may close your 55555x account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances not yet converted through wagering will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by 55555x

55555x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• A player being found to be under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by 55555x due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Players will be notified of the grounds for closure and the status of any held funds within a reasonable timeframe.

55555x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations as a player — 55555x will provide advance notice of the changes via a platform notification displayed upon login and, where applicable, via email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the 55555x platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you are entitled to close your account in accordance with the Termination provisions in Section 11 before the revised terms take effect.

55555x also reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or modify any promotional offer, bonus structure, or game availability at any time. Changes to individual promotions are governed by the relevant promotion terms and do not require an amendment to these general Terms & Conditions.
